Between 5:30 pm and 7:50 pm AEST, some API requests were intermittently blocked by our bot protection firewall due to a misconfiguration. During this window, a subset of legitimate requests may have failed or experienced elevated error rates.

We have identified and corrected the configuration issue, and normal operation has been restored. We are monitoring the service closely to ensure stability and are reviewing our firewall rules and deployment checks to prevent similar incidents in the future.
